poetic wanderings

Digg this

why does love embarrass us more than hate.. maybe because our emotions need to validate and hate finds easy reciprocation..

in this essential need to do something all the time, we miss an introduction to ourselves..

let us in ourselves, create an idyllic environment for romancing the myriad hues of unfolding life nestled in the lap of Nature..

the lure of the mystique showers as shimmering raindrops, riveting changing hues of sunshine, before quietly merging into the sea of our selves..

Dussehra is celebrated by burning effigies that personify the victory of good over evil.. but everyday we struggle to confront, expose and wither our own negativism, silencing the mayhem of myriad voices within.. making life itself a celebration.. whether Ram or Ravan or entire islands.. the struggle.. the fight.. the victory.. still remains singularly universal or apathetic.. as we choose..

countless moments metamorphose in our hearts holding varying hues of sanctity.. as simple things.. gestures.. and people affect our lives.. all our celebrations mingle with myriad embracing smiles..

does the phrase 'jump to conclusions' mean we skip the listening part..

even though most of us are the same.. some might even recognize their mistake but very few would acknowledge, accept or declare..

maybe we should accept both negative and positive as an integral part of us and help transform the same instead of resistance and denial..
