is each lifetime like a movie, where each actor is playing a temporary role.. why then do we end up becoming the character itself.. can we set ourselves aside and clinically watch ourselves 'live' the character with finesse.. knowing all along, the movie is gonna end.. and we ARE going to don a new character soon.. just like each person in our life is only playing his/her particular role too.. would it simplify life for us.. would we be able to see situations with humour and compassion.. would it then become less than a life and death issue.. because that is a pre-decided fact anyway.. could we then take the 'wheel' and enjoy the ride.. knowing it's all make-believe.. and nothing else.. all this hatred and violence.. for nearly everything.. leaving only one recipient.. our own character.. for we are striking into thin air.. consumed ourselves by these fires of hell.. we all have this avid 'greed'.. for power.. recognition.. wealth.. fame.. and just about anything more than what we have.. towards what end.. we need sons.. towards what end.. what IS this name we want to leave behind.. who knows what 'name' we don in the next lifetime.. leaving a whole 'legacy' of criss-crossing names.. why not leave the legacy of making earth a better living place.. maybe the only 'constant' in these myriad lifetimes..
