echoes of the past
resonating on strings
holding souls together
strange whispers
shivering over our consciousness
tugging at our hearts enticingly
the pull impossible to ignore
as helpless we feel the joy
a recognition of lifetimes sparkling in eyes
full of inexplicable emotion
compelling towards another
enfolded in a pure angelic glow..
defying comprehension cocooned in the white
what most eyes cannot see
contented complete missing pieces
that needed to come together to
realize our Self
a sibling , parent, friend or spouse
in a strange hand
that is there yet again
in our time of need
supportive
dependable
trustingly beckoning
a soul bond that never dies
severs or lets go
springs of love that never dry
always always quenching
this unnamed thirst
within us..
