Food, service, beauty and comfort are a few of the major memories that guests take back with them and i am truly disappointed that a chain of your repute was majorly lacking in at least two of these.. 

Today when nearly every housewife or student can  rustle up myriad cuisines with the convenience of recipes at hand, i fail to understand how a trained chef could not provide even a few simple vegetarian dishes.. And had to resort to a daily spread of monotonous frozen breads and curries.. It is truly difficult to believe that vegetarianism does not factor in your food requirements, despite its gaining popularity all over the world.. 


Hotel chains of your repute are frequented on the mantra of pampering, luxury, and treatment of every guest as unique and special.. But a simple thing as this could not be attended to showing a marked lack of concern or interest in the needs of your guests.. 


Though the staff has been trained in fluent english most of what we said was obtusely getting lost in translation.. 


Where people take back only happy memories, you can imagine our experience to revert with such words after a family holiday..
