There is a plan to each life, one we chalked out ourselves. We need to trust in it. We need to believe its all for the best. Life cannot bring us down, nor anything in life can, its just us, only we can bring ourselves down. The inevitability of life, the inevitability of death, all prove the import of experience, of response, determining the next step. The framework being fixed, the sketch being drawn, giving the colours in our hands. A heart full of love, for such is the sentiment connecting this fragmented Universe, is all we need, no matter what.
