The fog threw its blanket out, covering everything in gray.. clouds disappeared leaving vague silhouettes of hills, crested with golden crowns.. parrots shouted their presence, mocking its thick cover, the sky turned pink, in appreciative wonder, proud of their spirited temerity.. stretching its hands, swimming in the fog, it let ripples of light through.. making way for the sun that rose, in false comprehension of a mellow, muted orb.. touched by its fingers, escaping unseen, making the sky smile, the sun glowed brilliantly, basking in glimpses of Earth dancing around it.. igniting the sea with its fiery touch..
