the 'soul' remains ageless.. living in a world of our 'thoughts', our 'minds' tell us how old we are.. our body feels it.. and our heart.. continues to struggle in -
the alluring innocence of childhood beguilingly beckoning to feel afresh..
the youthful vigor of conviction and strength imploring immediacy..
the cautioning maturity of experiential wisdom ..
'age' struggling itself.. to comprehend it's existence.. each given moment..

Especially for a man in his sixties, recently flooded with medical drugs to kill a deadly virus, coming, slowly, alive to the ephemeral nature of his body, striving with faith to reach the shore of immortality while still in the throes of his mortal coil...

Thank you Alex.. we protest about a lot of 'mundane trivia' in life and bear the irreconcilable with resignation.. words cannot reach into pain.. enough to cure.. what a shifting mindset can invariably heal.. even though we think we are alone in our suffering.. silent vibrations reach out to touch humanity.. making each one of us an instrument to the world around.. thank you Alex for strengthening myriads in this fight..
