Apathetic Delineation

Global Warming is in our face.. and we cannot look away.. the words 'it's not my problem', or 'it's years down the line, none of us is gonna live till then'.. sounding hollow.. empty.. for what is life in obvious comprehension.. if not about procreation and legacies.. and what are families.. if not securing the safety of our children..

if our house is falling apart in any way.. we would somehow ensure it's repairs.. and take serious care not to worsen it's condition in any way.. but our house.. and our country.. every home in our awareness.. seriously needs to include our planet in that delineation..

it always seems a frustrating waste of time, switching off the lights each time you exit a room, or shutting the tap while brushing, not littering, recycling, planting.. what difference could one person make.. and yet.. each one of us.. individually doing our little bit.. can become the change we are looking for.. and help save our planet.. or each one of us.. individually looking to the other.. can become the apathy we are pointing at.. and help speed the destruction of our HOME..
